WOULD YOU LIE WITH ME tagged @wrath words 360 muse muse notes notes Beth walked into her and Wrath's living quarters and took off her jacket. She had let out a sigh as she kicked off her shoes and ran a hand though her hair as she walked over to the french doors that led out to the balcony out side of their room. She opened the door and stepped out into the cool night and ran a hand through her hair. She should have known Wrath would not be in their room when she got home. They had been avoiding each other every since their fight a couple of weeks ago she though as she fought not to cry. She was so tired. She had not been sleeping because she could not sleep with out Wrath next to her holding her. She felt bad about their fight and she knew she had over reacted. She knew she had hurt him when she had thrown Rhaine in his face. He had also hurt her. They had hurt each other said things they shouldn't have and there were things they needed to fix. She couldn't go on like this. She thought as she let the tears fall. She needed her husband even if he didn't need her. She thought as she hugged her self for warmth but refusing to go inside. It was to lonely in there. It was lonely every where and she was sick off the look from the brothers and the shellans. Like they thought she was going to break as any moment. She just couldn't deal with them. She thought as she reach up and wiped the tears from her face. She was not sure what to do or where to go. Maybe she should go and stay as her fathers old house she thought. But she would need to talk to Wrath first. She was not going to leave with out them talking. She thought as she shivered as cold hit her again. Again wishing Wrath was here to wrap his arms around her and chase the cold away. AND JUST FORGET THE WORLD? credit Delusional |

Wrath cracked his neck and groaned a bit, stepping with George to the space he and Beth shared. The chaise in his study was definitely not comfortable, and after all this time he really wanted a good night's rest in his own bed. But every time he'd get to this point he'd just turn and go back to his home away from home, because he didn't want to deal with reality. Ever since his blowout with Beth he just didn't know if he could take the time to calmly apologize without feeling like he was in the wrong. Things really were not good at the moment, and some of it was his fault. Which he knew, but when she used Rhaine against him it just boiled his blood. It wasn't like he had planned on all of this, granted he knew Rhaine had existed before she appeared but Phrecious was supposed to be taking care of his daughter. When the anger started to re-build Wrath blinked and realized something very important; he wasn't angry at Beth for throwing Rhaine in his face. He was angry at Phrecious for leaving Rhaine to fend for herself for so long. He was mis directing his anger, and damn him if he thought that wasn't his fault. He felt a cold nose nudge his hand and Wrath smirked. "Yeah, yeah I know. You miss Mom." Opening the door, he heard George run in and immediately he could tell where she was. Closing the door behind him, he stepped over and stood at the doors to the balcony. "Is it safe to come in?"

WOULD YOU LIE WITH ME tagged @wrath words 403 muse muse notes notes Beth had been so caught up in her own thoughts that she had not heard Wrath or George until Wrath stepped out onto the balcony. "Jesus Wrath you scared the hell out of me." She said on a watery laugh. She sighed and nodded her head. "Yes it's safe I don't want to fight with you." She said on a sod as she did the one thing she wanted to do the most. She walked into his arms. She walked up to him laid her head on his chest and wrapped her arms around his waist. "I'm sorry, I am so sorry that I throw Rhaine at you like that. It was mean and not right and just wrong of me." She said after a while as she pulled back and looked up at him. "I was angry and hurt that you said you didn't want a baby with you me. I guess I can't understand why you would be willing to have a baby with someone else but not with me." She said being honest with him like she should have been the first time. Instead of just yelling at him and throwing Rhaine in his face. She was so tired of being angry and hurt and tired of being away from him. She loved him and she needed him in more ways then one. She knew they needed to fix this and they needed to fix it tonight or she needed to leave the house if that was what he wanted. When he just looked at her she thought maybe had got it wrong. "I can leave if you want me to if you don't want me any more." She said in a small voice scared that was what he wanted. "I can move to my fathers place." She said not sure she could live with out him but knew she would have to if that was what he wanted if he really didn't want her any more. God how was she going to do this she thought. How was she going to walk away from him if he didn't want her in his life any more. Had it come to that she thought. Had she pushed him to that when she throw Rhaine into their fight. About fifteen million emotions ran through Wrath as he listened to Beth ramble. The first was frustration, then sorrow, anger, resentment, more sorrow, love, warmth, and finally: fear. Beth not being here? Yeah not going to happen. "Okay, let's slow this down and go one at a time." Wrath sat her down in one of their balcony chairs and then sat beside her in the other.
"First off, Rhaine was not planned. I was just a horny idiot okay? Phrecious," Wrath paused and thought before sighing, "Okay baby I won't lie. I did care for her, a lot actually. When she went into her needing I didn't want Havers to help because I was suppose to be with Marissa, remember?" He took Beth's hands and rubbed her knuckles with his fingers. "I just went along with it, then I took off when V called me late one night. He and Darius found me and said they'd been tracking lessers. I just didn't want anyone getting hurt because of me. She mailed a letter a few months later and let me know about Rhaine and I sent the gun for protection. Talk about a bad Father." Wrath shook his head feeling the sting of pain in his chest knowing he should've been there for them but then let it go.
"Moving on from that, I want a baby with you. But unlike Phrecious where I never saw myself with her for life, with you it's different. If I lost you I'd be completely gone in every where. You saw how Tohr reacted to Wellsie, do you really think everyone here would survive with me on the throne?" With that, Wrath leaned over and pulled Beth against him closing his eyes. "You are my everything, leelan. Don't ever forget that. Rhaine is my daughter and my blood but she is exactly that, my daughter. You're my shellan, and that is a vampire male's soul." He tilted Beth's head up and smiled, putting his finger under her chin and kissing her very softly. "And if you ever talk about leaving here again I'm tying you to the bed and you're going to stay there for three days." He smirked and kissed her again.

WOULD YOU LIE WITH ME tagged @wrath words 377 muse muse notes notes Beth looked up at him with tears in her eyes as he sat her down on one of the chair and down right across from her never letting go of her hands. She couldn't help but want to hate Rhaine's mother as Wrath talked about her when he said he cared about her but then Beth reminded her self that he had married her not Phrecious but a small part of her still couldn't help but be jealous that he had been there for her when she had went into her needing. She knew he would have to get over it because there was nothing to be jealous about it was in the past. He was with her now she thought as she looked as he rubbed her knuckles.
She has to bit her lip to keep from crying out when he said he did want to have a child with her. She stayed quite as she listened to him tell her his fear of losing her. Like Tohr had lost Wellies and it broke her heart to see and kind of fear on his face and to hear it in his voice. She leaned into him when he pulled her to him and kissed her. She kissed him back then pulled back and looked up at him. "You are not going to lose me. I have to much to live for to leave you.I won't ever leave you no matter what. I can't leave you." She said trying to reassure him. She meant every word she said there was no way in hell she was going to leave him not now not ever. She laughed when he threatened to tie her to the bed for three days if she every thought about leaving the house. "You know that could be fun if you stayed with me." She said in a teasing tone and kissed him back as she slid over into his lap and slid a hand round his neck and the other up into his hair. "I love you." She said as she pulled back after a moment and rested her forehead against his. AND JUST FORGET THE WORLD? credit Delusional |

Wrath felt his heart try to stop on him, and he had to remind himself to keep breathing. For just a moment he realized he had been a fool. He had spent all this time away from Beth and it really had taken a toll on him. Two nights ago he almost got into a fist fight with V over not finding anything new out on the streets. Wrath accused him and the others of not trying hard enough, and that was pathetic in itself. Reality was, Wrath was just pushing his own issues on everyone else. He wanted to fight, and he couldn't and it ate him up inside. So he thought that if he'd been out there they would've found something. Throughout all this, he was just angry at Beth and the fight. Looks like he'd have to offer up a rythe at V. Leaving his forehead against Beth's, he let out a shuddered breath before pulling her up against him.
"It's over and done with. Just let it go and we'll figure things out. We don't even know when your needing will begin, and for now we have a four legged kid in the other room frustrated that you haven't been there to play." Smiling, Wrath kissed Beth's nose then stood up, giving her a chance to stand first and walking back inside. He heard George's nails clicking on the floor heading to them, and he had to smirk. Having a dog was never on his list of "needs" or "wants" but now there was no way in hell he'd let this guy go.

She said deciding for now to do as he asks and just let it go. Because she he knew didn't want to talk about it any more and right now he looked really worn out and just exhausted. "Come on then lets go play with George." She said as got up and took his hand in hers as they walked back into their room and shut and clocked the french doors. She stopped him though from moving any farther into the room when she saw him in the light.
"Hey Wrath when was the last time you fed?"She asked as she was all but tackled by George. "Oh I have missed you two." She said as she dropped do the floor and wrapped her arms around the dogs neck and hugged him. Thinking Wrath was right for now George and Boo would do she just didn't know for how long. She pulled back from hugging George and started to pet him and then when he dropped down and rolled on his back she started to scratch and rub his belly. "You are such a good dog." She said smiling at him and then smiled up at Wrath as she pushed a lock of hair behind her ear over her shoulder. AND JUST FORGET THE WORLD? credit Delusional |
