Wrath had been guided to the study thanks to George. He had been holding onto the leash and had been trusted George to guide him to the desk. He had to be careful since he didn't wanted to bump into anything that might be around. This was something that he had known that he hoped that Beth would shown up so they could have a heart to heart talk. For him he does truly do love his Shellran. For him its nobody, but her to be his one true love and Shellran. Wrath was happy when he married her.
Wrath had finally got to the seat that he was sitting at the desk and waiting for Beth to come. He was petting George since he was his best friend and his seeing-eye dog as well. This was the first place that he could actually get down to work while he was working on papers George was by his side. His ears were open to hear for Beth to be walking in. This was something that made him feel like he could feel normal even if he was completely blind thanks to his transition. He didn't know when she was going to come. He was waiting here all night for her to come if that what it takes for him to wait for her. Where are you Beth. Wrath had thought. He was still sitting here just waiting he didn't wanted to miss her not at all. Of all things that he could have done marrying Beth was something that he had never regretted not in in his entire lifetime that Beth was his Shellran. He had a daughter by another woman, but he had wondered what was Beth's mind and what would she had wanted for their family.

Beth running late, he had told Wrath she would be home a half hour ago, but then a baby had come into Safe Place and she had gotten caught up there helping out with child. Her mother had been killed by her Hellren leaving the child with out a mother or a father. She sighed as she walked into the house and headed up the stairs to Wrath's study.
They had not really talked since their fight about her wanting a baby and him not. She had been hurt by this and had thrown Rhaine in his face. She had been wrong to do that. After she had calmed down and thought about it. She had, thought about the fears that he would have if she was to become pregnant and the fear of what might happen to a child if they did have one. She knew they really needed to talk. She also knew she love him more then any thing and she didn't like the distance that was between them right now.
It had never been this tense between them before and she knew it had to stop because she missed him. Yet at the same time she didn't know what to do. She wanted a child, she wanted his child Something that was the two of them together in one little person but she didn't know how to make this all work. She thought as she walked into his office. "I am sorry that I am late. I got held up at Safe Place." She said as she walked over and knelt down and petted George and leaned over and kissed Wrath on the cheek. She wanted to kiss him on the lips but with the way they had been fighting lately she was not sure he would want that.

Wrath had been hearing Beth talking to him and he had also felt her kissing his cheek. He had breathed, he was thinking it over. He just sat there and he just didn't know, which side she was on, but judging where George was he was guessing on the same side as George. Wrath had hated the fighting and the distance between them. This was something that he had wanted to fixed if it was possible the gap between them. Wrath was thinking of how he could close that gap and he wanted to talk to her so much. He was thinking on what she had wanted the most and he was just fearing most things, but that was something that he didn't fear the most not yet. "It's alright, Beth, you don't have to be sorry. I had been thinking for quite a while." Wrath said.
He had been sitting there and he had still been refusing to use a cane to walk with he has trust that George could guide him. Wrath's heart was full of hope that they could make their marriage work. He had been looking straight, but he had still wanted to give her a proper kiss. Wrath hadn't wanted to keep on fighting, but he didn't wanted a child in the beginning with Beth not yet, but he had knew that she wanted a child of her own. Wrath had been thinking about this quite a lot that it left him awake with his own thoughts when he had been thinking that he was able to make his Shellran happy with him once more. "I want to give you a proper kiss on the lips Beth and I was thinking about what you was saying before." Wrath said. He couldn't believe that the distance was that much.
Wrath had touched her arm since he didn't know how he would be saying anything, but he swore to himself that he would make the marriage work no matter what it takes. He had wanted her to stay with him. This was one thing that he was sure that he had loved her to bits that he was willingly to do anything to make her happy once more. "I want you to stay here with me, my Shellran. You are my life and my wife. I do love you so much I can't see spending my life without you." He said.

Beth sighed as she listened to Wrath talk. She was so tired of the distance between them. She looked down at him hand as he reach out and grabbed her arm. She couldn't help smiling when he said he wanted to kiss her. "Then do it." She said as she leaned down and kissed him. She pulled back and rested her forehead against him. "You are right we do need to talk. And I mean talk Wrath not fight. I don't want to fight with you any more. I hated it. "She said as tears came to her eyes. "I love you to more then any thing or any one. She said softly. How at things gotten this bad. All because of one fight and because she wanted a baby. She thought as she pulled back and looked down at him. "I am sorry that I through Rhaine in your face. That was not far." She said as she thought back to their fight the night she over heard him telling V he didn't want a child with her. She couldn't help but flinch as she remembered hearing that.
Needing to be closer to him she sat down on his lap and started to play with the ends of his hair. "It was so not fair of me to that and again I am really sorry." She said knowing that he had just found out about Rhaine just before they had gotten together. She never should have done that. "I don't want fight with you Wrath but I don't know how we can get past this. I want a baby and you don't." She said not adding that at least with me part that went thought her head as she said this. She was not sure what to do to get past this or if they could. She just didn't know what to do. She thought as she sat there watching him. @aey
