*** Mary & Rhage enter Wrath's Office ***
Mary turned the corner at the top of the stairs, Rhage's hand in her own. She was starting to get really nervous, even though Rhage had reassured her on the drive back that if Wrath put up any type of hesitancy that they would up and move to their own place. Mary really didn't want that to happen though. Her best friend lived here, with her own little family, and it felt so right. Not to mention the brothers were all here and it worked great that way. She definitely didn't want Rhage to distance himself from what he loved most, which was being around his brothers.
They finally reached the doors and Mary paused. "Oh Jesus, I can't make my heart stop racing."
Suddenly the doors opened by themselves, revealing Wrath at his large desk, his dark wrap arounds right where they belonged. His hair was pulled back into a pony tail and he was in leathers from head to foot. Mary looked around, hoping Rhaine would be there for support but it looked like they were alone. They walked in together, Mary's throat suddenly drying up.
Mary watched as Wrath smirked at the two of them, obviously sensing something was up. |

(I'm going to play Wrath for Mary since we don't have one.)
Wrath felt the presence of both his brother Rhage and his shellan Mary outside his office doors, and it was an awkward feeling. Something was up, but what was it? Mary was extremely nervous, and Rhage was trying to hide his feelings. What the fuck is going on?
He had enough wondering and waiting for them to walk in on their own. Wrath mentally opened the big wooden doors. Even though he could not see them, he knew they were there and knew when they walked into his office. He had just sent Rhaine on an errand to get something for him and knew she might come back, hoping not to interrupt anything important since the tension in the room was as thick as smoke. He broke the silence, moving his head from side to side, looking at what would be their bodies. "You're going to have to tell me what is doing."
He raised an eyebrow over his wrap arounds as he sat back, very curious. He sense Mary was choked up, so he knew he'd be hearing Rhage's voice first. It also felt like there was a door closed off from him as Rhage stood there. What the fuck were they going to say? Suddenly fear licked at his brain. "You better not fucking tell me you're done with the brotherhood."
Wrath got up suddenly, standing behind his desk. He knew he looked menicing, and didn't give a fuck. If he was leaving there was going to be an explanation.

Rhaine stumbled a bit as she got to the study door, seeing Rhage and Mary there. "Scuse me guys..." Squeezing past, she put down the two cups of coffee, one in front of Wrath the other at her seat before sitting down. She smiled at Mary then felt the smile fall as she heard Wrath speak. Glancing back and forth, Rhaine picked up her mug and took a sip, waiting for the answer to know what was going on. "Something wrong?"

Rhage looked to his female and he smiled as he kissed her ... and would laugh a little as he looked to Wrath .. he was pouring on the whole ... menacing majesty kind of thing. "Hell no! You think I would quite the brotherhood .... and well I wouldn't really call it a problem." He looked up wondering how he was going to word this ... ah fuck ... he wasn't good with words ... no matter what he was just going to blurt stuff out ... and it'll likely be offensive to someone.
Rhaine came in and he smiled and nodded to her ... that was likely going to be a big support to Mary ... which was important .. she was scared and worried ... so she could use as much support as possible. "Mary and I ... want a child. We have just come from Safe Place ... and there is a baby boy there ... who ... well we want to adopt. Now ... you rule the brotherhood ... and this is your house. So ... Mary and I want your ... blessing in adopting a son."
There ... he didn't think it would be overly a problem unless they started asking him to babysit.

Mary continued to feel Rhage's reassuring kiss on her lips even after he started talking to Wrath. She smirked at the way he worded it, adding on the blessing part on the end was a very nice touch. She peeked over at Rhaine and smiled. Rhaine would know now what was wrong, or what wasn't wrong. Mary turned her head back to Wrath. She tightned her hold on Rhage's hand and sighed. "Please, Wrath."

Wrath sat back in his chair, still as a rock. Well at least he wasn't leaving the brotherhood. Another fucking baby? In this mansion. It was more then big enough for it. They could build a door into their room and just take out the small study next door to Rhage and Mary's room and convert it into a child's room. Was he really considering this? He could feel the passion for the child through Mary, and he was beginning to feel it through Rhage as well, which shocked him. "No offense, but are we sure we want any kids around the beast?"
Wrath looked from Mary to Rhage, hearing Mary's please. She felt like she was in pain. He sighed and pulled out a piece of paper. He took the pen that took a second to find and started writing. "To, Safe Place. As King, I hereby demand that you release the infant boy located in your facility to Rhage, son of Aghony. He will be the one handing you this notice. If there are any proper protocol to fill out, please send to my office and I will finish everything. This however, should be enough."
He grinned up at Rhage and Mary. He signed it and handed it over to Rhage in the air. "My brother, I can't fucking believe this. But here you go."
Wrath stood up and looked from Mary to Rhage. Was he making a mistake about this? They would have two infants in the house, almost three since Layla was pregnant. How was he going to explain this to Beth? She wanted to have a young so badly. He walked up to Rhage and pulled his brother into a large hug. "Fucking Dad... you're going to be a fucking Dad!"

Mary let go of Rhage's hand as she saw Wrath get up and come to him instead of just handing the paper over. Suddenly they were in a very large, very unmanly, embrace. She laughed as her eyes started to get blurry. She was crying. Mary was so happy that tears suddenly fell from her face. She wrapped her arms around herself and smiled big. They were happy tears. Very happy tears.

Smiling softly, Rhaine reached over and lightly tugged the envelope out of Rhage's hand inspecting it. She knew her job, it was to nonchalantly make sure her Father didn't do anything wrong that normally would've been perfect if he could see. As fast as she could, she checked the seal, the writing, and then handed it back to Rhage before getting up and going over hugging Mary. "I'm so happy for you. We're going to have to do TONS of shopping, we can't let Fritz have all the fun on picking out clothes and toys."

Mary laughed and hugged Rhaine back. She sighed and held onto the hug, looking at Rhage over Rhaine's shoulder. "I know, I'm definitely going to have fun shopping."
Mary's eyes connected with Rhage's and she instantly felt her body calm. They were going to have him. He had said yes. Sehbastian was theirs.

Rhage looked to Wrath .. and well he was seriously thinking about it. There was the question of the beast and he smiled, "Before ... I would have said no chance ... but ... after Mary well we've had a better ... relationship ... and I think the beast loves the little boy as well." He understood and didn't take any offense to the concern there ... he has thought of it as well .. and he didn't think that there would have been a problem with the beast....unless someone threatened Sebhastion ... then the shit likely would hit the fan .... at high speed!
He would smile as Wrath made an official document ... that Rhaine read and also approved ... and it got pretty emotional for ... pretty much everybody at that point. "I know ... it's a little unbelievable ... at lease Mary is here ... or else the child wouldn't have a hope! Could you imagine me a sole parent?!" He grinned ... and there was a lot of hugging involved. "Well Wrath ... you mind if I take the day to buy baby stuff with my shellan?"

Mary let go of Rhaine, shocked that Rhage would take the night off to go out with her and shop, at the mall of all places. She walked over to Rhage and smiled hard, grabbing a hold of his hand and squeezing it. "You'd really go shopping with me? At the mall?"
She turned to look at Wrath waiting for his answer. Her body pulsing with excitement.

Rhage looked to Mary and he smiled to her, "Yea I'll go to the mall with you as long as it's alright with Wrath." He smiled ... and well ... if they got all the stuff that they needed for Sahbastion today ... then tomorrow they could go and pick him up if they didn't have it all set up and what not.
Course ... he didn't really know all that he might need ... he knew ... food ... clothes ... and crib so the child could sleep ... the rest ... well he had a basic understanding of toys that a child might need ... but ... what would a baby like? It was a good thing that he was going to be going with Mary.

Wrath smirked. He was getting tons of emotions thrown on him. Excitement from Mary and Rhaine, hesitation with a glimmer of excitement from Rhage. There was no way he'd say no to them, although, it would be interesting to see their faces. "Yes, you can have the night off. I'll call Tohr and make sure he knows to send someone else out."
He laughed and patted his brother on the back hard. "Congratulations, both of you. Now get the hell out of my office and go shopping."
Wrath turned to Rhaine and shook his head. "If you'd like to go with them you can, but I have a feeling they need to do this alone. And, I kind of need you around here if you don't mind staying. Since I've been avoiding this place I have too much fuckin- freaking paperwork to go through."

Mary got so excited as Wrath said yes. She threw her arms around Rhage's shoulders, hanging from his body since he was so much taller then her. Her feet couldn't even touch the ground. "Yes!"
Mary turned and faced everyone. "Thank you all, so much."
She held onto Rhage's hand tightly and turned to the door. "Come on, we have to go shopping. I have no idea what to get, but I think Babies R' Us just outside of town is the perfect place to start. Wait, how are we going to get everything back?"
Mary turned when Wrath suddenly spoke up. Had he just given them permission to use the transportation van? He did! Rhage was going to have to take out all the seats in the back for room, but it would work. She pulled Rhage out of the office before Wrath could change his mind. She jumped up and down and couldn't hold in her excitement. Mary looked up at Rhage. "I fucking love you. I'm going to cherish you until the end of your days, you fucking amazing male of mine. I fucking love you!"
