The apartments offer single, double, and multi-person rooms, and the rent is cheaper with the more people that are added. However, upon reaching five people in one room, the sleeping arrangements can become quite complicated.

CONDOS
For those with a little more in their budgets, Caldwell's Condos are a little more luxurious. Most Condos are detached from the rest of the complex. The condos offer single, double, and multi-person rooms, and the rent is cheaper with the more people that are added.

HOUSES
For large families, the best option would be to purchase a house in the residential area. The housing lot contract is permanent and belongs entirely to the buyer, which means the buyer is allowed to do renovations as they please. However, due to the size and private ownership of the lot, it can be quite pricey.
